Founder, Landmark Stewardship Partners
Jeremy Edwards is the founder of Landmark Stewardship Partners, an independent facade and preservation consulting practice based in New York City. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Science in Sustainability from The City College of New York.
He directed the 2023 to 2025 facade restoration of the Woolworth Building (233 Broadway, Manhattan), a National Historic Landmark, across 57 scaffold drops with full owner-side construction administration. The project was featured in The Architect's Newspaper in November 2025.
His project experience includes buildings carrying National Historic Landmark, National Register of Historic Places, New York State Register, and New York City Landmark designations. Building types span historic commercial office, historic performing arts, adaptive reuse, historic multi-family residential, and historic mixed-use within designated districts. The practice is based in New York and accepts engagements nationally and internationally.

Scope of Practice
Landmark Stewardship Partners is an independent advisory and owner's-representation practice for facade, building-envelope, and historic-preservation work on landmark and complex existing buildings. The practice represents a single party in each engagement.
Landmark Stewardship Partners is not an engineering or architecture firm and does not provide services reserved to a licensed engineer, registered architect, or qualified inspector. Drawings, specifications, facade inspection filings, and landmark filings are prepared and signed by the licensed professional of record retained by the project; the practice advises and coordinates on the owner's behalf.
