Principal, Landmark Stewardship Partners
Jeremy Edwards is the principal of Landmark Stewardship Partners, an independent facade and preservation consulting practice based in New York City. His work balances preservation value, enclosure performance, cost and construction sequence so owners can make consequential decisions from a clear record.
He directed the facade restoration of the Woolworth Building (233 Broadway, Manhattan), a National Historic Landmark, across 57 scaffold drops with full owner-side construction administration. The project was featured in The Architect's Newspaper in November 2025.
His experience spans commercial, performing-arts, residential and adaptive-reuse properties carrying National Historic Landmark, National Register and New York City Landmark designations. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Science in Sustainability from The City College of New York. Engagements are accepted nationally and internationally.
